■TrainTake the JR Tohoku Line and get off at Utsunomiya Station.Take a Toya bus for Mashiko.Get off at Mashiko Sankokan Mae.Walk about 5-minutes: about 1 hour total traveling time from Utsunomiya.
Or,take the JR Tohoku Line to Oyama.Change to the Mito Line to Shimodate.Change to the Mo-oka Line and get off at Mashiko Station.Take a taxi: it is about 7-minute ride.
